The  service industry is the most important economic engine in New Orleans, a town absolutely known for almost no other reason than her food and drink culture. Powerful restauratuers, famous chefs, and world-class bars make it into the spotlight with regularity, but what about the people who actually make and serve your food and drinks, bring you from place to place, and make sure you look good doing it?

Producers Lorenzo Reef & Asher Griffith, both experienced service industry workers themselves, decided to look into it.
